Data used

When you book, we process your first and last name, email address, phone number if supplied, seat count, booking reference and payment status. Tickets contain a QR code used to check admission. If you sign in, the website also processes profile information and identifiers needed for your account.

Purposes and recipients

This information is used to manage seats, deliver tickets, check admission and handle your requests. Authorized Underboc staff and technical providers needed for the service can access it as part of their duties. Neuchatech manages the website technically. Transactional emails are routed through the email service using Postmark. Payments are handled through Zahls and its payment providers; the website retains references and statuses for tracking without storing your card details.

Sign-in, cookies and external services

Cookies are used for sign-in sessions and website preferences. If you choose Google or GitHub to sign in, that provider supplies the information needed for authentication. External content you open is subject to its provider’s policies.

External services and processing abroad

The map loads images from CARTO/OpenStreetMap; these requests transmit the IP address and technical browser information. Google reCAPTCHA may process this information to protect forms. Google Analytics audience measurement operates when enabled. These services and sign-in providers may process data outside Switzerland. Postmark processes emails in the United States, among other locations. Contact the organizer for details about providers and applicable contractual safeguards.

Retention and requests

Booking and payment data are retained for event management, handling requests and applicable obligations.
