Booking and confirmation

Check the date, venue, seat count and your contact details before confirming. Bookings depend on seat availability. For paid events, tickets are confirmed after payment is validated. An additional order adds to previous bookings; it does not replace them.

Price, payment and ticket

The applicable price is displayed when ordering, in Swiss francs (CHF). Available payment methods are shown on the Zahls payment page. Your QR ticket is sent to the email address supplied. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact the organizer before paying again.

Changes, cancellations and assistance

For any change, cancellation or refund request, contact Underboc using the details on this page and include the show and your booking details. Underboc will respond to your request directly.
